Senior Relationship Manager – Agri Business role is based within a successful and growing FMCG Team in Corporate Banking. Against a competitive backdrop, the bank seeks to enhance its dominance in the Agri Business, through the acquisition and retention of customers in the Agribusiness value chains, while optimizing customer profitability. Our attention is strongly focused on three core areas of our people, delivering outstanding service and ensuring we create value for money for customers. The role of the Senior Relationship Manager – Agri Business is to manage and develop a portfolio of commercial agricultural relationships within Corporate Banking. In addition, the jobholder will be responsible for the acquisition of new clients and building KCB Bank’s profile in the Agriculture and Professional communities.

Required skills

At least 8 years’ experience in in Agricultural Finance or Financial Services/Banking. Degree with Agri Specialization (Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Sciences or Agribusiness Manag Post Graduate degree with Agri Specialization (Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Sciences or Agri
