Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies.
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts and online presence.
- Create graphics, videos, captions, reels, and promotional content.
- Run and monitor social media advertising campaigns.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong content creation, communication, and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and other social media tools.
- Ability to analyze social media insights and campaign performance.
- Creative, proactive, and target-oriented.
