Job Description

Our client, a well-established resort, is seeking to recruit a competent and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory and procurement processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and supplies
  • Maintain accurate inventory records (manual and/or system-based)
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment
  • Issue materials and supplies as per approved requisitions
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances
  • Maintain proper storage standards (FIFO, hygiene, organization)
  • Support procurement processes including supplier follow-ups
  • Prepare periodic inventory and stock reports
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a storekeeper, preferably in hospitality or a resort setting
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Strong record-keeping and organizational skills
  • High level of integrity and accountability
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
