Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the assigned team.
  • Allocate duties and ensure employees understand their responsibilities.
  • Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, productivity, and performance.
  • Ensure daily and monthly targets are achieved.
  • Motivate, coach, and support team members to improve their performance.
  • Monitor the quality and accuracy of employees’ work.
  • Identify performance issues and provide appropriate guidance and feedback.
  • Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
  • Maintain discipline and professionalism within the team.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new employees.
  • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management.
  • Communicate management instructions clearly to employees.
  • Address routine employee and customer issues and escalate serious matters to the Manager.
  • Monitor team productivity and identify areas that need improvement.
  • Encourage teamwork and maintain good communication among employees.
  • Ensure company equipment and resources are handled responsibly.
  • Support the Manager in implementing new processes and improving operations.
  • Help create a positive, professional, and productive working environment.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Manager or management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, or a related field is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory, team-lead, sales, customer service, call center, or operations role.
  • Previous experience managing or supervising a team.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to set, monitor, and achieve team targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with different personalities.
  • High level of discipline, integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Must be proactive, reliable, and willing to take responsibility.
