Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a company supervisor. The company supervisors will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing personnel, and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of security services.

Responsibilities:

Supervise security personnel and assign duties and shifts.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures.

Train and mentor security staff to ensure high performance and adherence to the standard.

Coordinate with clients to address any concerns or issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Manage scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks related to personal management

Implement and enforce security protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Respond to emergencies and incidents as needed and provide support to security staff

Required skills

Excellent comunication and and interpersonal skills Profiecient in microsoft office suite and other related software Proven experience in security supervisory role Sound judgement and and decision making abilities Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire a team
