Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform network monitoring and preventative maintenance measures to maintain a high availability network.
- Performs network remediation activities with an internal teams or cross functionally with internal customers, to resolve network issues.
- Interrogates network design plans, build test plans, drives test cycles from beginning to completion, identifies root cause of complex networking problems.
- Provides technical expertise in test execution and resolution of critical issues affecting test lab infrastructure.
- Participates in the creation of and adherence to test management, maintenance, deployment, and test automation procedures, as well as associated documents, and plans.
- Responsible for tracking and reporting issues via internal tool sets, and communicating resolutions and suggested solutions to software, hardware development and test leadership teams.
- Supports strategic deliverables by ensuring adequate and appropriate test analysis and monitoring of devices under test are in place, by providing interactive monitoring, data and log collection, review, statistical trending and analysis of the devices under test, through the evaluation of new and existing systems designs, and technical strategies.
