• Develop and implement the bank’s Real Estate green finance strategy and build a center of excellence for housing green finance.
• Identify new fundraising opportunities, trends, and emerging donor interests within the region.
• Scope and identify opportunities for funding, Coordination of efforts and knowledge management aimed at winning new business.
• Drive the achievement of sustainable finance targets & financed emissions reduction targets.
• Deliver an innovative sustainable finance product and service suite to meet customer requirements and achieve business objectives.
• Facilitate the commercialization of sustainable finance products in liaison with product teams, business units, cross functional teams, and subsidiaries.
• Identify, assess, and recommend sustainable investment opportunities, including green bonds, impact investments, and sustainable financial products.
• Work closely with Group corporate affairs team to build internal / external stakeholder strategy promoting green lending while ensuring consistent messaging to internal and wider market.
• Performance monitoring and evaluation: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track Real Estate green lending progress.
• Prepare and deliver reports on Real Estate green lending performance, progress, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders. Develop communication materials to raise awareness and engage employees, customers, and the public.
• Develop a deep understanding of sustainable finance market practice, particularly transaction structuring, ESG analysis of Real estate clients, complex structures to ensure opportunities maximization and risk mitigation.
• Design and implement the Bank’s Real Estate green lending framework, policies, processes, and procedures. Manage risks within the regulatory and compliance framework of the Bank and ensure compliance with Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, motivate, and continuously develop a credible high performing team.

• Development and implementation of strategies necessary to achieve a sustained growth in revenues & profitability through the card business.
• Retain and enhance business relationships from existing and potential customer base through delivery of excellent customer experiences.
• Develop, market and monitor the Cards business, with the aim of ensuring that the Bank remains competitive and keeps track with dynamic digital/Card/Channel environment.
• Direct involvement in overall business strategy, tactics, and objectives necessary to deliver on Channel Business expectations. Include strategy management planning events, regular one-to-one discussions with peer senior managers.
• Lead and develop an effective team through training. Communication, performance management, development plans and reward/recognition practices.
• Implement the Group compliance policy by containing compliance risk in liaison with the Manager Risk and Compliance, ensuring adequate compliance resources, risk mitigation and training, fostering a compliance culture and optimizing relations with regulators.
• Create and implement well-orchestrated action plans including engagement with regulators. Knowledge of all regulatory changes and operational environment and assures compliance with current regulations.
• Develop budgets to ensure cost containment.

• Define the API product strategy and roadmap with a value proposition for eCommerce partners.
• Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with eCommerce customers/ platforms, and other stakeholders to expand their usage of open API solutions.
• Facilitate business & technical onboarding of ecommerce partners, ensuring their integrations go live within SLA.
• Engage cross-functional teams in developing innovative eCommerce offerings, utilizing open API architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements to improve service efficiency.
• Work closely with the compliance and risk management teams to ensure that all open API initiatives adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Implement robust risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the integrity and security of financial data.
• Monitor and drive the financial performance of open API initiatives, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring profitability and sustainability of ecommerce partnerships.

• Act as the primary point of contact for developers, providing timely and helpful support across multiple channels including forums, social media, and email.
• Organize and facilitate community events, webinars, and workshops to encourage participation and facilitate learning. This includes identifying the key developer segments and tailoring engagement initiatives to meet their needs and interests.
• Develop comprehensive strategies to build and maintain a vibrant developer community around our products and services & regularly curate and update content repositories to ensure accessibility and relevance.
• Proactively engage with developers to address their questions, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a positive and responsive experience.
• Develop a robust content strategy encompassing tutorials, documentation, blog posts, videos, and other educational materials to support developers in utilizing our products effectively.
• Advocate for the developer community within the organization, championing their needs and priorities in product development discussions and decision-making processes.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize feedback from the community to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and nurture relationships with external developer communities, industry influencers, and strategic partners to expand our reach and enhance our standing within the developer ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer support to align community initiatives with broader organizational goals and objectives.
• Represent the bank at industry events, conferences, and meetups to promote our products, services, and thought leadership.

• Partnership Identification & Assessment: Actively identify and assess potential digital partners aligned with the bank’s strategic goals and innovation priorities. Conduct preliminary assessments of feasibility and potential value of partnerships.
• Partnership Development: Development of partnership proposals, outlining the scope objectives, and terms of collaboration. Thereafter, collaborate with business analytics and research teams to assess the business value of the partnerships.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact ensuring that the partnerships continue to be of mutual benefit.
• Partnership operations and contract management: Ensure smooth execution of partnership activities, address operational challenges, and oversee contract implementation to ensure adherence to the terms by both the bank and the partners.
• Ecosystem building: Foster a collaborative environment both within the bank and the broader partner ecosystem, attending industry events and building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence and share insights with internal stakeholders to inform and contribute to innovation strategies.
• Reporting and Analytics:Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on partnership performance, providing insights into key metrics and outcomes. The role holder should also provide recommendations for optimization of the partner relationships.
• Driving innovation:Work with the senior manager, digital innovations to drive innovation initiatives, including organizing and facilitating hackathons to generate new ideas and solutions.
• Idea generation and prototyping: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to brainstorm and prototype innovative solutions.
• Thought leadership:Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by sharing insights.

• To maintain the quality of check off loans’ portfolio through effective loan administration, monitoring and control for corporate and mortgage loans.
• Be the custodian of all credit and lending policies and governance frameworks including their periodic reviews and updates.
• Manage credit information sharing with the CRBs a in line with the CRB regulations Act.
• Reviewing, developing, and implementing credit policies and strategies and ensure that the Bank maintains a sound loan portfolio with respect to compliance with state laws and regulations, Bank lending policies and procedures, risk appetite and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to risk management framework in identifying, controlling, monitoring and reporting of all risks. Work with respective unit heads to drive the development and execution of the Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and operational risk and implement effective control measures and monitoring plans for compliance and operational risk management.
• Ensure the portfolio management controls for grades 10 and 20 are effective at branch level and at regional portfolio management office level.
• Lead periodic reviews of credit portfolios to mitigate exposure to non-performing facilities.
• Ensure the Business teams under Retail Banking and Corporate Banking Credit authorities adhere to the policy regarding the credit authority discretions and excess.
• Generate Management information reports for control of the credit portfolio for the bank and for regulatory purposes.
• Maintain the SLA standards for credit information sharing complaints raised by customers.
• Monitor the construction loans to ensure that the conditions precedents are complied with.
• Preparation and submission of management and regulatory reports.
• Provide via sampling and testing and oversight, both a point in time and forward view of individual portfolio trending and remediation’s to either preserve or enhance asset quality, risk management and risk appetite.
• Develop a working relationship with business unit team leaders to highlight the key credit issues facing the area or product under review and helping to provide executive solutions to improve asset quality, risk management and problem debt identification.
• Review and implement the Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) policy and procedures by integrating them in the bank’s internal credit process and ensuring that environmental and social due diligence (ESDD) is undertaken for investment projects as per agreed performance standards and international best practices.
• Identify gaps, plan, design and co-ordinate the implementation of comprehensive credit training, operational risk, and compliance programs in consultation with HR Learning and development department and Risk Division.
• Co-ordinate the implementation of agreed action plans, tracking and timely closure of identified credit audit and operational risk issues.
• Keep abreast of financial industry laws and regulations, emerging global banking trends and best practices relating to credit and provide regulatory expertise.
• Provide support to subsidiaries in reviewing and implementation of their credit policies and processes.
