Senior Manager HR Risk Controls & Governance

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership in HR Risk Control & Governance assignments.
Provide assurance that HR operations and processes conform to current KCB HR group policies and procedures.
Identify HR control and process weakness, document main control points and provide support for report recommendations.
Provide assurance that HR Group objectives and goals will be achieved efficiently and effectively.
Designs or participates in the design of HR tools, policies, procedures, and processes.
Provides secretarial support for business and staff committees, schemes, initiatives, or forums relating to own HR Area.
Present to the area management the results, recommendations and conclusions of the HR Control reviews.
Analyze HR operational and management processes and system controls effectiveness and efficiency.
Develop and maintain high standards of health and safety in the workplace and ensuring compliance to OSHA Act & guidelines across the Group.
