Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in HR Risk Control & Governance assignments.
  • Provide assurance that HR operations and processes conform to current KCB HR group policies and procedures.
  • Identify HR control and process weakness, document main control points and provide support for report recommendations.
  • Provide assurance that HR Group objectives and goals will be achieved efficiently and effectively.
  • Designs or participates in the design of HR tools, policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Provides secretarial support for business and staff committees, schemes, initiatives, or forums relating to own HR Area.
  • Present to the area management the results, recommendations and conclusions of the HR Control reviews.
  • Analyze HR operational and management processes and system controls effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain high standards of health and safety in the workplace and ensuring compliance to OSHA Act & guidelines across the Group.
