Job Description

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee multi-country expansion and rollout plans.
– Coordinate executive priorities and Board deliverables.
– Drive sales performance and cross-functional execution.
– Lead AI adoption, research and business innovation.
– Manage strategic stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:
– Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy or a related field.
– At least 8 years of professional experience, including 3 years in leadership.
– Experience in multi-country expansion or large-scale programme management.
– Hands-on business AI experience.
– Strong commercial, leadership and communication skills.
