Job Description
The recruiter position entails a versatile role, providing support across the entire staffing process to ensure the selection and placement of top talent in appropriate roles.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy.
- Develop and revise job descriptions and specifications.
- Manage the candidate experience, designing and overseeing it, including crafting job postings and requirements.
- Create recruitment materials and post jobs on relevant platforms.
- Utilize various search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Screen resumes and applications, conducting interviews using reliable tools to filter candidates efficiently.
- Assess applicants’ relevant experience, soft skills, and aptitudes.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Apply HR recruiting best practices and provide well-documented reports to the team.
- Serve as a point of contact, cultivating influential relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Enhance the company’s reputation as the “best place to work.”
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven 5 years’ experience as a Recruiter in a staffing agency.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in conducting various interview types.
- Hands-on experience with diverse selection processes.
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative relationships built on trust.
- Skill in managing a wide range of relationships with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, HRIS, or HRMS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with various sourcing avenues.
- Comfortable making independent decisions.
