Job Description

a) Job Specifications
The duties and responsibilities will entail:
(i) Participating in curriculum development activities;
(ii) Validation of Curriculum Designs for assessment
(iii) Recruitment and training of contracted professionals
(iv) Development of assessment tools
(v) Proofreading and approving assessment tools for banking;
(vi) Providing input in the preparation of divisional work plans, procurement
plans, and budgets;
(vii) Participating in awards and grading;
(viii) Preparing examination feedback reports;
(ix) Ensuring security and confidentiality of all examination and assessment
materials;
(x) Keeping abreast with trends in psychometrics;
(xi) Adhering to the requirements of the Quality Management Systems for
continual improvement;

Required skills

Bachelors Degree in Education with specialization in Islamic Religious Education and Histtory from a Demonstrated competence and merit in work performance; Fulfil the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution only for the successful applicants Proficiency in computer applications;
