Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver dynamic and interactive English language training sessions tailored to the needs and proficiency levels of learners.
• Create engaging lesson plans, learning materials, and activities that promote language acquisition and skill development.
• Provide personalized feedback and support to learners to enhance their language proficiency and confidence.
• Utilize innovative teaching methodologies, technology-enhanced learning tools, and multimedia resources to create immersive learning experiences.
• Assess learner progress through regular evaluations and adapt teaching strategies as needed to optimize learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to identify training needs and develop customized language programs.
• Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in language teaching and incorporate them into teaching methodologies.

Required skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Native or near-native proficiency in English. Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for language instruction. Proven experience in teaching English as a second language to diverse learner Strong knowledge of language acquisition theories, teaching methodologies, and pedagogical approach
