Job Description

The San Diego Padres are proud to host our annual Summer Internship program. This 10-week intensive program runs in-season from mid-June to mid-August, providing college students the extraordinary opportunity to experience working in professional sports. Rising undergraduate and graduate students will be given the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals in a variety of departments, including Marketing, Accounting, IT, Ballpark Operations, Sales, and more!

Interns will be assigned daily projects and tasks to coincide with their field of study, gaining hands-on experience and building valuable relationships through mentorship and networking that will last a lifetime!

Required skills

Are interested in working for a professional sports team Must be at least eighteen years old Must have just completed their undergraduate Sophomore or Junior years of college by Spring 2025 OR
