Job Description

The Senior Principal (TTC) will manage the operations of Teacher Training Colleges, ensuring quality in teacher preparation, overseeing academic staff, and maintaining compliance with national training policies.

Required skills

i. Have served as Principal/ Deputy Principal I, T-Scale 13 for a minimum period of three (3) years. ii. Have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process. iii. Have demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor and provide professional support to other teache iv. Meet any other requirement deemed necessary by the Commission.
