Job Description

The Principal (Regular) will lead medium to large secondary schools, overseeing teaching standards, student discipline, financial accountability, and community relations. They will coordinate school programmes and manage resources effectively.

Required skills

i. Have served as Deputy Principal II/Senior Master I, T-Scale 12 for a minimum period of (3) years. ii. Have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process. iii. Have demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor and provide professional support to other teache iv. Meet any other requirement deemed necessary by the Commission.
