Job Description
Job Summary
Deseret Homes Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Director to provide strategic leadership and oversight of all construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, cost control, and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for construction operations

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of residential and commercial projects

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
-
Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance on all sites

Monitor project performance, risks, and resource utilization
-
Report progress and challenges to senior management
Qualifications & Experience
-
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction, with senior leadership exposure
-
Strong project management and leadership skills
-
Knowledge of construction laws, contracts, and safety standards

Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
