Job Description

Job Summary
TBC Groups is seeking a visionary and results-driven Managing Director to provide strategic leadership, drive business growth, and oversee overall company operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the group

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with company goals

  • Drive business growth, profitability, and market expansion

  • Develop and implement corporate policies and performance frameworks

  • Represent the company to stakeholders, partners, and regulators

  • Lead senior management teams and promote a high-performance culture

  • Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and governance requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA added advantage)

  • Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience

  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills

  • Proven track record in business growth and organizational leadership

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
