Job Description
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages

Take accurate food and drink orders

Serve meals and beverages promptly

Ensure tables are clean and well set at all times

Process bills and handle payments correctly

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely

Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in a busy restaurant or café
