Job Description

Senior Credit Risk leadership role responsible for overseeing Credit, Climate, and Country Risk across the Group.

Key focus areas:

  • Lead credit risk reporting, portfolio monitoring, asset quality (NPLs), and stress testing.

  • Maintain credit risk frameworks, policies, and regulatory compliance (Basel II/III, IFRS 9).

  • Develop and integrate climate risk assessments into credit models and provisioning.

  • Manage country risk exposures (sovereign, transfer & convertibility, cross-border risks).

  • Support capital adequacy, ICAAP, and risk-adjusted return optimization.

  • Provide clear reporting to senior management, Board, and regulators while developing team capability.

Requirements:
9+ years in financial services (6+ in Credit Risk), relevant quantitative/finance degree, and professional certifications (FRM, CFA, PRM, CPA, ACCA) preferred.
