Job Description

Role Summary

The Banking Assistant (Teller) is responsible for handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service in the branch.

Key Responsibilities

Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.

Verify customer identities and account details.

Balance cash at the end of each day.

Promote bank products and services to customers.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints.

Ensure compliance with banking policies and anti-fraud procedures.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Customer service orientation.
