Overview
- Executive role and member of the Executive Committee
- Responsible for driving operational excellence across BSL Kenya
- Defines and enforces strategic operational frameworks to achieve long-term business targets
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all school campuses
- Develop and implement operational strategies and policies
- Ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with education standards
- Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation
- Coordinate across departments (academics, administration, finance, HR)
- Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Support strategic planning and institutional growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Master’s degree (MBA) is highly preferred
- At least 8–10 years of senior management experience
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Experience in education or multi-branch operations is an added advantage
