Job Description

Location: Kisumu

Job Roles / Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in-store and provide excellent customer service
  • Advise customers on wellness products (e.g., healthy foods, supplements)
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
  • Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure proper display and organization of products in the store
  • Maintain cleanliness and an attractive store environment
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and wellness trends
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum KCSE certificate (Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Nutrition, or related field is an added advantage)
  • Strong interest or knowledge in health and wellness
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
  • Ability to persuade and interact confidently with customers
  • Basic computer skills (for sales systems, if required)
  • Honest, reliable, and well-presented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
