Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert care for critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary critical care team
  • Make timely, evidence-based decisions in high-acuity situations
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and patient safety standards
  • Participate in quality improvement and academic activities

Qualifications & Experience

  • MD / DNB in Anaesthesiology, Pulmonary Medicine, or Critical Care Medicine
  • Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine (FCCM) or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ICU (post-qualification)
  • Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
