Job Description
Location: Kisumu
Job Roles / Responsibilities
- Assist customers in-store and provide excellent customer service
- Advise customers on wellness products (e.g., healthy foods, supplements)
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records
- Ensure proper display and organization of products in the store
- Maintain cleanliness and an attractive store environment
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Stay informed about product knowledge and wellness trends
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum KCSE certificate (Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Nutrition, or related field is an added advantage)
- Strong interest or knowledge in health and wellness
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Ability to persuade and interact confidently with customers
- Basic computer skills (for sales systems, if required)
- Honest, reliable, and well-presented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
