Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
- Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages professionally.
- Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
- Generate leads and increase brand awareness through digital marketing strategies.
- Track and report on social media performance and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials and marketing content.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in social media management and digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging content and basic graphic designs.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
- Self-motivated, creative, and results-oriented.
