Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical roadmap for payment integrations and product development.
  • Manage partner integrations from onboarding to production support.
  • Provide expertise in payments, banking, and digital financial services.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve API standards, security, and platform performance.
  • Support product, commercial, and business teams with technical solutions.
  • Drive scalable, multi-market payment integrations and ecosystem growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Payments, FinTech, Banking, or Digital Financial Services.
  • Experience in technical product management, payment integrations, APIs, and payment ecosystems.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, and payment standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with enterprise partners across multiple markets.
  • Professional certifications in Product Management, Agile, Project Management, or Enterprise Architecture are an added advantage.
  • Experience with international payment providers, fintechs, or multinational organizations is preferred.
