Job Description
Job Purpose
Drive strategic operational performance across the area of operations by ensuring service delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and sustainable business growth while building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of area-level operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Establish, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics across operations area, using insights to drive improvements.
- Lead risk management initiatives, including risk assessments, audits, and proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure branch readiness through performance monitoring, resource allocation, and operational oversight.
- Develop and maintain strategic client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth in the zone area.
- Conduct periodic site visits and strategic engagement with potential and existing clients to understand their evolving needs.
- Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Conduct performance appraisals, coaching, and mentoring for branch staff and field officers.
- Oversee staffing plans, leave management, and disciplinary processes in alignment with HR policies.
- Prepare and present strategic reports on branch performance, client satisfaction, operational risks, and growth opportunities to senior management.
- Analyze operational trends and client feedback to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Participate in company-wide initiatives aimed at business growth and operational excellence.
- Lead special assignments, investigations, and projects as directed by senior management.
QualificationsÂ
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Security Management, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of security operations and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting systems.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability to translate operational data into actionable insights.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in security operations management, with proven leadership and strategic planning experience.
- Demonstrated success in client management, business growth, and operational excellence in a private security environment.
