Roles / Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment and systems
  • Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs
  • Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance
  • Assemble and dismantle mechanical components
  • Use tools and machinery safely and effectively
  • Inspect equipment and ensure proper functioning
  • Maintain maintenance records and reports
  • Follow safety procedures and technical guidelines

Qualifications

  • Trade Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Practical skills in mechanical repairs and maintenance
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems and tools
  • Ability to read basic technical drawings (added advantage)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Physical fitness for hands-on work
  • Relevant work experience is an added advantage
