 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new tender and bid opportunities

  • Coordinate bid preparation and submission processes

  • Develop and review technical and financial proposals

  • Collaborate with internal departments (technical, finance, legal, operations)

  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines

  • Maintain a bid calendar and track submission timelines

  • Prepare presentations and supporting documentation

  • Conduct competitor and market analysis

  • Support contract negotiations and follow-ups

Expected Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Procurement, or related field
