As a Communication Associate at Growth Africa, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s brand and effectively communicating with various stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, funders, clients, partners, employees, and alumni.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and publish press releases across relevant media and geographies.
  • Support with copywriting and develop textual and visual content for online media.
  • Create standards, templates, and guidelines to enhance content quality.
  • Train team members in brand guidelines and content creation.
  • Project manage and drive communications for partner and client projects.
  • Communicate data, insights, and learning from entrepreneur support activities.
  • Plan and support the execution of events and external communication activities.
  • Contribute to developing a data-driven and informed culture and approach.
