Job Description
Job Purpose
The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities on site.

Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.

Ensure projects adhere to approved designs, timelines, budgets, and specifications.

Monitor site progress, quality of workmanship, and material usage.

Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
-
Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of materials.

Resolve site issues, variations, and technical challenges promptly.
Minimum Requirements
-
Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.

At least 3–5 years’ experience managing construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site operations.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
-
Proficiency in basic computer applications is an added advantage.
