Your mission:
- Supervise on-site works: civil, structures, PV module installation, cabling, and commissioning.
- Ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Coordinate local teams and subcontractors.
- Track progress, budget, and schedule.
- Report to the Project Manager and liaise with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Your profile:
- Master Degree in Solar PV or Equi in Ren. Energy Tech or Electrical Eng.
- 6+ years’ experience on renewable energy projects, on solar power plant projects would be a game changer.
- Solid experiences in Africa.
- Minimum of 3 years should be in Grid Connected PV Projects
- 1 Project of Feasibility Study / Design (FS) over 30MWp
- 1 Project of Control and Supervision – over 30MWp
- 1 Project of Resident / Solar Expert – over 30MWp
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent / bilingual in English, French a plus.
- Resident position during construction phase.
