Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To prepare food and beverages efficiently and pack for service as per set Standard Operating Procedures and professional standards/requirements.

Required skills

Certificate/Diploma in Food & Beverage Production Good communication (written and verbal) skills, including well developed presentation skills. Minimum of 1 year experience in a busy hospital Should have experience in working in a kitchen providing meals for large numbers Wide knowledge of Food and Beverage Production and Service.
