Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Due Diligence: Assist in the due diligence process for acquisitions and divestitures, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential acquisition targets and evaluate market trends
  • Manage Inbounds: Evaluate and prioritize inbound M&A pitches
  • Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial modeling and valuation of opportunities, including discounted cash flow analysis and sensitivity analysis
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather necessary information and support integration processes post-acquisition
