Job Description

The Deputy Team Leader, Operations will;

Provide planning and financial management oversight which entails annual work planning, quality assuring internal and external financial reporting, overseeing preparation for external and internal annual audits and implementation reviews;
Enhance team management including line managing direct reports, mentor, coach and support staff to ensure they are motivated and performing;
Oversee the effective management of Human Resource systems and documentation within the programme;
Ensure Compliance with Options and client requirements through systems such as due diligence, procurement, contracting;
Provide oversight of programme security and office management;
Support client relations and programme governance;
Provide technical support to specific programme areas;
Liaison with other Options teams.

Required skills

Extensive experience in leading the coordination of complex multi-country programmes; eRZN8x1 BIpnb Post-graduate degree in relevant subject (public health, business or the social sciences) or equiva Significant and proven experience working in international development at a senior management level Strong leadership and organisational skills;
