Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Asher Homes in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, managing employee relations, recruiting, training and development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. They will also be involved in performance management, benefits administration, and fostering a positive work environment.
