Job Description

  • Support the planning, coordination, and on-ground execution of brand activations, events, and experiential campaigns.
  • Assist in the development and scheduling of digital content across social media platforms, including copy drafting, visual briefs, and post management.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, emerging platforms, and audience insights to inform campaign strategy.
  • Support the creation of pitch decks, proposals, and post-campaign reports with data and visual summaries.
  • Assist with community management, monitoring comments, engaging with audiences, and flagging key interactions.
  • Coordinate logistics for event setups, vendor liaison, and material procurement under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Capture and organize on-site content (photography and short-form video) during activations for use in post-event reporting and digital channels.
  • Support influencer and partner outreach processes, including briefing, tracking deliverables, and maintaining communications.
  • Provide general administrative and creative support to the experiential and digital teams as required
