Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Installation:

  • Perform site assessments to determine the optimal placement of devices.
  • Install devices according to technical specifications.
  • Ensure all installations are completed within the specified timelines.

Maintenance:

  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on installed devices to ensure they are functioning optimally.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in a timely manner.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and device performance.

Customer Service:

  • Provide technical support to users of the devices.
  • Regular user training on use and maintenance of the devices.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor reliability of installed devices.
  • Compile and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Report performance metrics regularly.

Required skills

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams. Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent Experience with solar-powered systems is a plus. Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of electronic devices or similar technology. Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
