About Pearl Hospital
- Pearl Hospital is a fast-growing multi-specialty private hospital committed to providing accessible, compassionate, affordable, and quality healthcare. As we continue to expand our services and operations, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to strengthen our finance function and support the hospital’s next phase of growth.
The Role
- Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Finance Manager will provide leadership of the finance function, ensuring sound financial management, accurate reporting, effective internal controls, regulatory compliance, and timely decision support. The successful candidate will supervise the finance team, including accountants and the payroll function, while driving continuous improvement across financial processes.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA(K) Finalist or CPA(K) qualification.
- At least 5 years’ progressive finance experience, including leadership responsibility.
- Experience in a busy private hospital or comparable healthcare organization is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, taxation, cash flow management, and statutory compliance.
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Experience with hospital information systems, ERP/accounting software, and healthcare financing will be an added advantage.
