- We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Growth & Partnerships Executive to help drive business growth by generating new clients.
- This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys selling solutions, building relationships, and making a measurable impact on business growth.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- The Growth & Partnerships Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, managing People Foco’s digital presence, supporting proposal development, and driving revenue growth.
- The role combines business development, marketing, social media management, and strategic partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business DevelopmentÂ
- Identify and generate new corporate clients requiring recruitment, HR consulting, payroll, HR outsourcing, executive search, and training services.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR Managers, CEOs, Directors and business owners.
- Schedule and attend business development meetings.
- Prepare and deliver company presentations.
- Follow up proposals, quotations and client inquiries.
- Support preparation of tenders and prequalification documents.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Generate referrals through networking and existing clients.
Client Relationship ManagementÂ
- Maintain regular communication with clients.
- Conduct client satisfaction follow-ups.
- Coordinate meetings.
- Ensure timely response to client requests.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional People Foco services.
- Maintain excellent customer experience throughout the client journey.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, HR or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales or Marketing.
- Experience selling B2B professional services is highly desirable.
- Experience within recruitment, HR consulting or training is an added advantage.
