Welcome guests to the gym and pool area and provide assistance when needed
Ensure the gym and swimming pool areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
Monitor guests’ safety and enforce gym and pool rules and regulations
Set up and arrange equipment, towels, and poolside facilities for guest use
Assist guests with basic use of gym equipment and facilities
Report any faulty equipment or maintenance issues to the relevant department
Maintain proper hygiene standards in changing rooms, poolside, and fitness areas
Monitor and control access to the gym and pool facilities
Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries or requests
Ensure adequate supply of towels, water, and other amenities
Support health and safety procedures, including emergency response when required
