Overview
- Full-time role dedicated to building an ambitious hockey program for ages U7 to U21
- Requires EH/FIH Level 3 qualification
- Requires high-performance coaching experience and understanding of the Kenyan hockey circuit
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement hockey training programs for all age groups
- Coach and mentor players to achieve high performance
- Organize training sessions, matches, and tournaments
- Identify and develop talent within the school
- Promote sportsmanship and discipline among players
- Manage team selection and performance evaluation
- Collaborate with school management on sports development
Qualifications
- EH/FIH Level 3 coaching certification (mandatory)
- Proven experience in coaching hockey at a competitive level
- Strong knowledge of youth sports development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience within the Kenyan hockey circuit is highly desirable
