Location:
Lagos (Nigeria) / Accra (Ghana) – Hybrid Role
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational activities of the organization
- Provide customer support and ensure client satisfaction
- Handle general administrative tasks and coordination
- Assist in process improvement and operational efficiency
- Manage and organize data and workflow systems
- Utilize AI tools to automate and enhance productivity across tasks
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth operations
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the hiring manager
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in:
- Operations
- Customer support
- General administration
- Must provide verifiable references
- Strong digital literacy and ability to adapt to new technologies
- Salary: 600K – 1M monthly
