Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management / HND in Human Resource Management
Registered member of IHRM
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Computer literate
Meet Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya requirements

Key Responsibilities

Develop the human resource planning policy and procedures
Advise the BOG on HR policy matters
Act as the link between management and the union on labor relations
Oversee HR trainings and development across departments
Supervise administrative service areas including catering, boarding, secretaries, and transport
Oversee recruitment and appointment of staff
Manage and update the payroll and ensure compliance
Handle staff discipline, grievances, and welfare
