Job Description
Role Overview
- Salary RangeKSh 50,000 – KSh 100,000/month
Reporting to the Head of Shared Services, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for delivering professional, compliant, and strategic HR services across the Group’s portfolio of companies. This pivotal role ensures the effective management of all human resources activities, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with Kenyan labour laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
- Oversee accurate payroll processing, statutory deductions, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with labour regulations and support annual reporting requirements.
- Provide strategic HR advice to senior leadership and coordinate with operational teams.
- Manage confidential employee records and support workforce planning.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (CHRP-K or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 Â years in a managerial role, ideally within a multi-entity or shared-services environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Kenyan employment law, payroll systems, and statutory requirements.
