Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business
- 6–10+ years experience in:
- Investment banking / private equity / development finance
- Strong understanding of Ugandan market
- Financial modelling and analytical skills
- Experience working with SMEs/startups
- Professional certifications (CFA, CPA) – an advantage
