Job Description

Key Roles/Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate Ugandan investment opportunities
  • Lead deal structuring and negotiations
  • Conduct market and sector research
  • Monitor performance of invested companies
  • Build networks with local entrepreneurs and institutions
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business
  • 6–10+ years experience in:
    • Investment banking / private equity / development finance
  • Strong understanding of Ugandan market
  • Financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Experience working with SMEs/startups
  • Professional certifications (CFA, CPA) – an advantage
