Job Description

Key Roles/Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of investments
  • Lead end-to-end deal execution
  • Manage junior analysts/investment officers
  • Develop investment strategy for Kenya market
  • Engage stakeholders (investors, regulators, partners)
  • Support fundraising and capital deployment

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 6–10+ years experience in investment/finance
  • Proven experience managing deals and portfolios
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Advanced financial modelling & valuation skills
  • CFA/MBA highly preferred
