Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Officer with a strong background in real estate marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting property listings, generating leads, and enhancing brand visibility to drive sales and occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for real estate projects
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, email marketing)
- Create compelling property listings, brochures, and promotional content
- Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences
- Coordinate property viewings and promotional events
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and partners
- Track and analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in real estate marketing (preferred)
- Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, social media, online advertising)
