Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise outbound associates to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Ensure dispatch schedules and delivery timelines are met
- Maintain operational efficiency and quality standards
- Allocate daily workloads based on order volumes, resource availability, and operational priorities
- Conduct quality checks to verify order accuracy, product quality, and compliance with pick lists
- Ensure 100% trip scanning for real-time order visibility and tracking
- Train team members on outbound SOPs, safety and operational standards,
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized outbound floor in compliance with health and safety requirements
- Investigate and resolve shipment, documentation, or dispatch issues while escalating critical concerns promptly
- Monitor and report on key operational KPIs
- Support route staging and workload planning
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize outbound efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment center operations
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems is an added advantage
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
